Dancing Lessons - Part 1

The first ray of sun and peeked into Brier's window, making an eye open. Soon the second eye followed and she was sitting up in bed stretching out. Tugging her robe on over her night shirt she would start through her normal morning routine, shower, brushing teeth, and getting dressed. Instead of pulling herself into a dress, instead, today she pulled on some dance warms up clothes. White Opaque tights, a black spaghetti strapped leotard, a blue sweater, with matching thigh high leggings. Of course she pulled the white old, and beaten pair of ballet shoes off the hanger in her closet and carried them out to the main room.

Setting the shoes down she began to push tables and chairs aside, cleaning out a seven feet by seven feet area. Then dragged in from one of the storage closets a balancing bar. And set it up to the side of the small area she cleared away. After walking the area to make sure the floor didn't raise, or cut out. Bumps such as those could really do some damage to a dancer.

Once done went to the kitchen, pulling out some fruits, apples, oranges, bananas, cantaloupes, and honeydew melon. Of course she sliced it all up and moved the plate out to the main room, waiting for Bri to show up so they could enjoy a bit of breakfast before they began teaching each other.
